Perfect Parfait, today’s the day to share the delicious breakfast I made.
Today I wanted to make something super nutritious and aesthetic. It’s important to me, to treat our bodies with love and kindness. It’s been a bit hard for me to eat mindful lately but I need to get back to doing so.
My girlfriend from college was a huge inspiration behind today’s breakfast!
In my parfait I put a layer of organic pumpkin seed granola. I also added fresh strawberries, blueberries and chopped up banana. The yogurt I used was vanilla great value yogurt. Simple but great. I also drizzled a little agave on the top as well! It was super filling and super delicious!
